Dabeli Masala

Inspired by a popular street food which has made its way from Kutch in Gujarat, to hearts all over India; ‘DABELI’ is a sandwich, made with a filling of bold, sweet, tangy, salty and spicy potato mash, tucked between a buttery toasted pav and garnished with sev, peanuts and pomegranate seeds. A true riot of textures, flavours and colours.
