Ingredients:
Kusum Royal Garam Masala
Kusum Coriander Powder
Oil
Cumin – 1 tsp
Garlic – 1 tsp
Ginger – 1 tsp
Green Chillies – 1 tbsp
Onions – 1 bowl
Carrots – 1 bowl
French Beans – 1 bowl
Boiled Potatoes – 1 bowl
Paneer – 1 bowl
Elaichi – 4
Cardamom
Salt
Bay Leaf
Onion Paste – 1 bowl
Tomato Puree – 1 bowl
Cream – 2 tbsp
Method:
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin, ginger, garlic, green chillies, onion, carrot, french beans, potatoes, paneer, 1 tbsp Kusum Royal Garam Masala, 1 tbsp Kusum Coriander Powder, salt and mix all the ingredients. Fill the capsicum with the ready masala. Heat oil in a pan, add elaichi, cardamom, bay leaf, onion paste and cook until brown. Add tomato puree, 1 tbsp Kusum Royal Garam Masala, salt to taste, cream and stir until the gravy thickens. Serve the gravy with the stuffed capsicums and enjoy!
