Ingredients:
Kusum Mutton Masala
Curd – 1 bowl
Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 tsp
Green chillies – 1 tsp
Lemon – 1 tsp
Grated Coconut
Coriander
Mutton – 1 big bowl
Ghee
Cumin – 1 tsp
Bay Leaf
Cinnamon
Black Pepper Seeds – 1 tsp
Elaichi – 4 cloves
Onions – 1 bowl
Method:
Take a bowl and add curd, ginger garlic paste, green chillies, lemon juice, 1 bowl grated coconut, coriander, 1 tbsp Kusum Mutton Masala and mix the ingredients. Add mutton and marinate. Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pan, cumin, bay leaf, cinnamon sticks, black pepper, elaichi, onions and saute until the mix is golden brown. Add grated coconut, mix, add marinated mutton and mix the ingredients again. Add 2 tbsp Kusum Mutton Masala and cook the mutton until it is soft to touch. Serve hot and enjoy!
