Ingredients:
Kusum Maharashtrian Misal Masala
Oil
Onions – 2
Ginger – 1 tsp
Garlic – 4 cloves
Tomatoes – 1
Dry Coconut – 1 cup
Salt
Sprouts – 1 cup
Mix Farsan
Method:
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and add onions, ginger, garlic and cook until the onions turn golden brown. Next, add tomatoes, roasted dry coconuts and blend the ingredients. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, add blended masala, 2 tbsp Kusum Maharashtrian Misal Masala, salt to taste and mix the ingredients. Add the sprouts and 1 cup of water in the masala and cook until the sprouts are done. Serve the misal in a plate, top with mixed farsan and enjoy!
