Ingredients:
Kusum Kashmiri Chilli Powder
Kusum Dry Ginger Powder
Aloo – 6 (small)
Mustard Oil – 2 tbsp
Elaichi – 4
Cloves – 4
Jeera – 1 tsp
Fennel Powder – 1 tsp
Curd – 1 bowl (small)
Salt
Coriander
Method:
First, fry aloos until golden brown. Heat mustard oil to a pan, add elaichi, cloves, jeera, 2 tbsp of Kusum Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, 2 cups of water and mix. Add 1 tsp ginger powder, fennel powder, curd and mix. Next, add salt to taste, fried potatoes and boil until the gravy thickens. Serve hot and garnish with coriander leaves.
