Ingredients:
Kusum Dahi Vada Masala
Urad Daal Paste – 1 bowl (medium)
Moong Daal Paste – 1 bowl (medium)
Salt
Cumin – 1 tsp
Curd – 1 ½ bowl (medium)
Sugar – 1 tbsp
Sweet Curd – 1 bowl (medium)
Green Chutney – 1 tbsp
Tamarind – t tbsp
Sev – 1 bowl (small)
Pomegranate – 1 bowl (small)
Method:
Take urad and moong daal paste in a bowl, add salt, cumin and mix until it becomes fluffy. Add curd, sugar and mix again. Make small vadas out of the mixture and fry them until golden brown. Add the fried vadas in a bowl and pour 1 ½ cup of water. Add 2 tsps of Kusum Dahi Vada Masala and soak the vedas. Take another bowl and add sweet curd, soaked vadas, 2 tsps Kusum Dahi Vada Masala, 2 tbsps curd, 1 tbsp green & tamarind chutney. Garnish with sev & pomegranate.
