Ingredients:
Kusum Curry Powder
Oil
Green Chillies – 4
Bhindi – ¾ kg
Tomatoes – 1 cup (small)
Coriander Seeds – t tsp
Fennel Seeds – 1 tsp
Jeera – 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
Onion – 1 cup (small)
Curd – 1 cup (small)
Salt
Method:
Heat 4 tbsp of oil in a pan and add green chillies, bhindi and toss them well. Add 1 tsp of Kusum Curry Masala, chopped tomatoes and saute. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in another pan and add coriander seeds, fennel seeds, jeera, ginger garlic paste and saute the ingredients. Next, add chopped onions, curd, salt to taste, 1 tbsp of curry powder, mix and bring it to boil. Add the cooked bhindi and mix well. Cook it for 2 to 3 minutes and serve hot.
