Ingredients:
Kusum Chicken Masala
Curd – 2 bowl (medium)
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp
Salt
Boneless Chicken – 1 bowl (big)
Ghee – 2 tbsp
Cumin – 1 tbsp
Bay Leaf
Cardamon – 4 cloves
Cinnamon
Onion Puree – 1 bowl (medium)
Method:
Add curd, ginger garlic paste, Kusum Chicken Masala, lemon juice, salt to taste into a bowl and mix the ingredients. Marinate the boneless chicken chunks and set it aside. Heat ghee in a pan, add cumin, bay leaf, elaichi, cinnamon stick, onion puree and cook until brown. Next, add tomato puree and the marinated chicken and give it a good mix. Add 2 tbsp of Kusum Chicken Masala, salt to taste, mix and cooked until the chicken is cooked. Serve hot and garnish with chillies.
