Ingredients:
Kusum Bhel Puri Masala
Coriander – 1 bowl (small)
Green Chillies – 2
Garlic – 5 cloves
Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp
Tamarind – 1 bowl (small)
Dates – 6 to 7
Jeera – 1 tsp
Kurmura – 4 bowl (small)
Tomatoes – ½ bowl (small)
Onions – ½ bowl (small)
Boiled Potatoes – 1 bowl (small)
Masala Peanuts – ½ bowl (small)
Sev – 1 bowl (small)
Puri
Method:
Green Chutney: Take a bowl and add finely chopped coriander leaves, whole green chillies, garlic cloves, lemon juice, 1 tsp Kusum Bhel Puri Masala & blend until it forms liquidy paste.
Red Chutney: Take a bowl and add tamarind + dates (without seed), 1 tsp jeera, 1 tsp Kusum Bhel Puri Masala & blend until it forms a thick paste.
Bhel:
Add kurmura to a bowl and mix finely chopped tomatoes, onions, boiled potatoes, green chillies, masala peanuts, yellow sev, coriander, 2 tso Kusum Bhel Puri Masala, green chutney, red chutney and mix well. Top with masala peanuts, yellow sev, crushed puri & enjoy!
